Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 9:15am.
S.F. 19: Senator Dahms: Omnibus commerce and energy policy and finance bill.
Senator Dahms presented the bill.
Casey Muhm, Senate Counsel fiscal analyst, discussed specifics of the bill.
Senator Kiffmeyer moved the A-1 amendment. Motion adopted.
Grace Arnold, Commissioner of Department of Commerce, gave testimony.
Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 19, as amended, be recommended to pass. -
MOTION ADOPTED.
S.F. 25: Senator Westrom: Department of Agriculture, Board of Animal Health, the Agricultural
Utilization Research Institute, and Office of Broadband Development
budget established; program and an account created; report required; and
money appropriated.

heritage funds funding provided; prior appropriations extended and
modified; outdoor heritage fund money use restrictions modified; joint
exercise of powers provisions modified; reports required; and money
appropriated.
