Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:31am.

S.F. 2360: Senator Benson: Omnibus health and human services policy and finance bill.

Senator Benson introduced SF2360.
Senator Benson moved to reconsider the vote by which SF 2360 was recommended to pass on April 21, 2021. - Motion prevailed.
Senator Benson moved to adopt the 2360CE1 document as the committee engrossment of SF2360. - Motion prevailed.
Senator Benson moved the A50 amendment.
Dennis Albrecht, Senate Counsel, walked through the A50 amendment.
Discussion.
Senator Franzen moved the A51 amendment to the A50 amendment.
Discussion.
Senator Franzen withdrew the A51 amendment.
The A50 amendment was adopted.
Senator Benson moved that nonpartisan staff be instructed to make the necessary technical and conforming changes to the Revised 4-23-21 combined HS Budget Tracking spreadsheet and the 2360CE1 document to incorporate the A-50 amendment in SF 2360. - Motion prevailed.

Senator Benson moved that S.F. 2360, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
