Committee Chair Senator Jason Rarick called the meeting to order at 8:32 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 1756: Senator Howe: Continuing education requirements for building officials modification.

Senator Rarick moved S.F. 1756 be recommended to pass and sent to the floor. 

 

Senator Howe presented S.F. 1756.

 

Senator Rarick renewed his motion that S.F. 1756 be recommended to pass and sent to the floor - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2143: Senator Utke: Workers\' compensation advisory council recommendations adoption.

Senator Goggin moved S.F. 2143 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Jobs and Economic Growth Finance and Policy Committee.

 

Senator Dornink moved the A21-0118 amendment - THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
