Senator Andrew Mathews called the meeting to order at 6:05 PM

S.F. 1025: Senator Mathews: Building and construction contracts requirements modification and clarification **Continued From Regularly Scheduled Hearing**.

Senator Mathews asks for input from testifiers, as we reconvened from recess.

 

Member discussion, and questions for testifiers.

 

Senator Mathews moves that SF 1025 as amended be recommended to pass and placed on general orders. 

 

Motion prevails.

S.F. 359: Senator Mathews: Inverse condemnation by a business closed by executive order due to peacetime emergency.

Senator Mathews introduces SF 359, and moves an A-1 author’s amendment.
