Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 1:06pm.

S.F. 952: Senator Mathews: Certified emergency medical personnel emergency medical care to police dogs authorization.

Senator Draheim moved that S.F. 952 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Agriculture and Rural Development Finance and Policy.

Senator Rosen moved that SF 875 is recommended to pass and sent to general orders.

            Motion prevailed; A-7 amendment was adopted.

Senator Koran moved that SF 1227 is recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Finance.

            Senator Rosen moved the A-5 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-5 amendment was adopted.

            Senator Rosen moved the A-6 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-6 amendment was adopted.

S.F. 1372: Senator Benson: Non-state government-owned teaching hospitals with high Medicaid utilization and level 1 trauma centers and their affiliated physicians direct payment arrangements authorization; inpatient hospital rates for certain hospitals establishment; certain health plan revenue exemption from premium taxes and surcharges; certain hospital revenue exemption from the provider tax establishment.

Senator Benson moved the A-1 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-1 amendment was adopted.
