Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 1:08 p.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 592: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Law enforcement employees salary increase authorization and appropriation.

Senator Utke moved SF 592 before the committee. Senator Ingebrigtsen presented SF 592. Senator Utke moved the A-12 amendment. Senator Utke moved to amend the A-12 amendment as follows: line 3.26 delete “opiate epidemic response” and insert “general”. Motion prevailed. Senator Utke moved the A-12 amendment as amended. Motion prevailed.
