Senator Roger C. Chamberlain called the meeting to order at 3:00

S.F. 1525: Senator Chamberlain: Education Savings Accounts for Students Act; appropriations.

Senator Chamberlain gaveled the committee to order and passed the gavel to Senator Eichorn. Sen Eichorn then acknowledged Senator Chamberlain who introduced SF 1525 and offered the A-1 amendment. It passed on a voice vote.

Roll call - SF 1525 passed as amended, 5-4 to State Government Finance and Policy and Elections

 

 


As amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.
