Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:30am.

S.F. 1089: Senator Marty: Local government unit for reimbursement for certain expenses from the Federal Emergency Management Agency requirement; local government unit reimbursement of the federal Coronavirus Relief Fund with certain funds received from the federal government.

Senator Marty introduced SF1089.

Senator Marty moved the A2 amendment.

On the A-2 Amendment: Page 2, line 5, after the period, ins. "The commissioner shall provide a copy of the reporting required under this subdivision to the chair and ranking member of the senate Finance Committee and the chair and ranking member of the house Ways and Means Committee. The reports to the legislature required under this subdivision shall be submitted each quarter and a final report shall be submitted no later than January 30, 2022."
