Present: Senator Jason Rarick - Chair, Senator Gene Dornink - Vice Chair, Senator Michael P. Goggin, Senator Jason Isaacson, Senator Jennifer A. McEwen

Absent: No Members Absent

Committee Chair Senator Jason Rarick called the meeting to order at 8:30 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 802: Senator Koran: Single-family homes exemption from the window fall prevention device code authorization.

Senator Goggin moved S.F. 802 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Housing Finance and Policy Committee.

 

Senator Goggin moved the A-1 amendment - THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
