Present: Senator Jason Rarick - Chair, Senator Gene Dornink - Vice Chair, Senator Michael P. Goggin, Senator Jason Isaacson, Senator Jennifer A. McEwen

Absent: No Members Absent

Committee Vice Chair Senator Gene Dornink called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 226: Senator Rarick: Department of labor and industry occupational safety and health data and minors data classifications; construction codes advisory county membership modification.

Senator Rarick moved that S.F. 226 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy.

 

Senator Rarick moved the A-2 amendment - THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.

Senator Rarick moved S.F. 1025 be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Committee on Civil Law and Data Practices Policy.

 

Senator Rarick moved the A-1 amendment - THE AMENDMENT WAS ADOPTED.
