Senator David H. Senjem called the meeting to order at 3:00 PM
S.F. 758: Senator Rarick: Local telecommunications exchange carrier authorization to elect
competitive market regulation under certain conditions establishment;
service offered throughout a service territory if regulated under
competitive market regulation requirement.
Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 758, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
