Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 1:03pm.

S.F. 1160: Senator Rosen: Minnesota Telehealth Act.

Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 1160 be recommended to pass and rereferred to the Committee on Commerce and Consumer Protection Finance and Policy.

            Senator Rosen moved the A-4 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-4 amendment was adopted.

            Senator Rosen moved the A-8 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-8 amendment was adopted.

            Senator Rosen moved the A-6 amendment.

            Motion prevailed; A-6 amendment was adopted.

            Senator Rosen moved the A-5 amendment.
