Senator Carla J. Nelson called the meeting to order at 8:30am

S.F. 764: Senator Anderson: Buffalo fire station construction materials sales and use tax exemption authorization.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 570: Senator Eichorn: K-12 education expense credit modification.

Senator Eichorn moves the a-1 amendment. 

 

The a-1 amendment is adopted.

As amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 100: Senator Chamberlain: Vendor allowance for sales and use taxes authorization.
