Senator Julie A. Rosen called the meeting to order at 8:31 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 694: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan administration by the Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association requirement.

Senator Benson moved SF 694 before the committee. Senator Dahms presented SF 694.

 

Dennis Albrect and Casey Mums presented and discussed the fiscal note.
