Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 3:26 p.m. A quorum was present. Chairman Dahms passed the gavel to Vice-Chair Utke.

S.F. 694: Senator Dahms: Minnesota premium security plan administration by the Minnesota Comprehensive Health Association requirement.

Senator Dahms moved S.F. 694 before the committee. Senator Dahms presented S.F. 694. Senate fiscal analyst Casey Muhm presented the completed fiscal note.
