Senator Andrew Mathews called the meeting to order at 1:03 PM.

S.F. 173: Senator Newman: Election voter registration photo ID requirement; voter identification care creation; provisional ballots establishment; appropriation.

Senator Newman intoduces SF 173. 

 

Member questions and discussion. 

 

Senator Anderson renews his motion that SF 173 be recommended to pass and sent to the Finance Committee.

 

Motion prevails and SF 173 is passed and on it’s way to the finance committee.

 

Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 173, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:55 PM.
