Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 10:31 AM A quorum was present

S.F. 213: Senator Abeler: Executive order violation by a business additional penalties imposition prohibition.

Senator Abeler presented SF 213

 

To the A-1 amendment, page 1, line 3, delete the blank and insert “Violation of Executive Orders During a Peacetime Emergency”

 

Senator Kiffmeyer moved that the A-1 Amendment as amended be adopted

 

Motion prevailed on a voice vote

 

Senator Kiffmeyer moved that SF 213 as amended be recommended to pass and referred to general orders
