Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. A quorum is present.

S.F. 531: Senator Duckworth: Reverse mortgage loans notices requirement.

Senator Utke moved S.F. 531 before the committee. Senator Duckworth presented S.F. 531. The following testified in favor of S.F. 531:

Senator Utke moved that S.F. 531, be recommended to pass. - MOTION CARRIED.
