Present: Senator Jim Abeler - Vice Chair, Senator Gene Dornink, Senator Chris A. Eaton, Senator Omar Fateh, Senator Paul J. Utke

Senator Paul J. Utke called the meeting to order at 8:31 AM. A quorum was present.

S.F. 254: Senator Koran: Licensed substance use disorder treatment providers alternative licensing inspections establishment.

Senator Abeler moved that SF 254 be heard

 

Jennifer Lohse (General Counsel, Hazelden Betty Ford Foundation) provided testimony in support of the bill

Matt Burdick (Director of State Government Relations, DHS) provided clarifying testimony
