Senator Jason Rarick called the meeting to order at 8:33 a.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 419: Senator Eichorn: Contractor recovery fund transfer of funds outside the stated purpose prohibition.

Senator Mike Goggin moved that S.F. 419 be recommended to pass

Senator Justin Eichorn presented S.F. 419 to the committee
