Senator Roger C. Chamberlain called the meeting to order at 3:01

S.F. 190: Senator Clausen: Area learning center establishment requirements modification.

Senator Clausen offered the DE amendment to SF 190. The amendment was accepted on a voice vote.   He presented SF 190 to the committee.

Senator Isaacson moved that SF 190 as amended be held over for possible inclusion.

S.F. 147: Senator Clausen: School district teacher reporting provisions modifications.

Senator Clausen offered the SF 147 A1 amendment. He presented SF 147 as amended.

Chair Chamberlain asked Senator Clausen to continue to craft language that is agreeable amongst all the stakeholders.

Senator Chamberlain moved that SF 147, as amended, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 389: Senator Dahms: Educational facilities long-term facilities maintenance revenue and capital levies allowed uses clarification.

Senator Dahms presented SF 389.
