Senator Gary H. Dahms called the meeting to order at 1:00 p.m. A quorum was present.

S.F. 122: Senator Utke: Workers compensation relating to data services organizations modifications.

Senator Utke moved Senate File 122 before the committee. Senator Utke presented S.F. 122. Aaron Cocking, Insurance Federation of Minnesota, testified in favor of S. F. 122. Discussion.

Senator Utke moved that S.F. 122, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

The meeting was adjourned at 1:12 p.m.
