Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 7:03pm

S.F. 3226: Senator Housley: Pending Referral - Third-party programs and third-party testers to conduct behind-the-wheel road tests for class D drivers licenses; requirements and criteria specified; audits requirements; appeals of decisions made by commissioner of public safety authorization.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3226, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 3970: Senator Benson: Pending Referral-Pathway 2 of the safe importation action plan incentives for prescription drug manufacturers authorization.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 3970, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2084: Senator Osmek: Energy utilities arbiter of disputes clarification.



Senator Kent moved that S.F. 2084, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
