Senator Paul E. Gazelka called the meeting to order at 3:00pm

S.F. 3322: Senator Abeler: Responsible social services agencies initiation and facilitation of phone calls between parents and foster care providers for children in out-of- home placement requirement.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3322, That the previous committee report from the Committee on Human Services Reform be adopted, that being SF 3322 do pass, and that J.R. 2.3 be suspended for all further proceedings on SF 3322. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 4481: Senator Anderson: Small business loan transfers modification; emergency small business grants and loans appropriation.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 4481, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
