Senator David J. Osmek called the meeting to order at 1:12 PM A quorum was present

S.F. 3562: Senator Goggin: Prairie Island net zero emissions project establishment and appropriation.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 3562, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 4085: Senator Goggin: Dakota county Byllesby Dam appropriation.



Senator Dibble moved that S.F. 4085, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
