Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:35 AM

S.F. 4142: Senator Tomassoni: Eveleth Specialist Noah Pierce Bridge designation technical corrections.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 4142, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 4119: Senator Newman: Driver and vehicle systems oversight committee membership modification.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 4119, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 3912: Senator Hall: Transit safety, fare payment compliance, and administrative citations governance; grants and funds allocation requirement; penalties and reporting.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 3912, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.
