Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:06 PM.

Minnesota Sentencing Guidelines Commission presentation on the proposed
     change to probation


S.F. 3975: Senator Limmer: Sentencing guidelines commission proposed modifications to lengths of probation rejection.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 3975, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
