Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 10:32am.

S.F. 3228: Senator Abeler: Metropolitan landfill abatement fund modification and appropriation.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 3228, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3444: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Dry cleaners fees modification.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 3444, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 3496: Senator Mathews: Automobile emissions standards adoption authority of the pollution control agency (PCA) repeal; California motor vehicle emissions standards adoption economic impact study appropriation.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 3496, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
