Senator Karin Housley called the meeting to order at 8:40am.

S.F. 3625: Senator Koran: Advance care planning on end-of-life care choices appropriation.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 3625, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 3123: Senator Housley: Nursing home energy efficiency grant program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 3123, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Energy and Utilities Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 3985: Senator Housley: Nursing facility settings receipt of medical education and research costs funding prohibition removal.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 3985, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee.

S.F. 4058: Senator Housley: Supported decision making to assist older adults and people with disabilities appropriation.



Senator Housley moved that S.F. 4058, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Human Services Reform Finance and Policy Committee.
