Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:37 AM

S.F. 3248: Senator Lang: Overdimensional loads requiring pilot escort vehicles minimum width establishment.



Senator Lang moved that S.F. 3248, as amended, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 3226: Senator Housley: Third-party tester authorization for behind-the-wheel driving exams.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 3226, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee.

S.F. 3878: Senator Frentz: Federal loans deposit of certain transportation revenues and security authorization; transportation permit fees account establishment and appropriation.



Senator Frentz moved that S.F. 3878, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.
