S.F. 3901: Senator Newman: REAL ID Act federal compliance implementation governance; select background check requirements elimination; driver\'s licenses and ID cards residence documentation requirements modification.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3901, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 3571: Senator Newman: Voter registration photo ID requirement; voter identification card creation; provisional ballot establishment; reporting and appropriation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3571, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee.
