Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:31am.

S.F. 3022: Senator Pratt: Scott county McMahon Lake flood hazard mitigation appropriation.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3504: Senator Rarick: Mora Lake high water mitigation appropriation.



Be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 2815: Senator Clausen: Rosemount wastewater infrastructure appropriation.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 2815, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Jobs and Economic Growth Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
