Senator Bill Ingebrigtsen called the meeting to order at 10:33AM.

S.F. 3162: Senator Utke: Pollution control agency (PCA), department of natural resources (DNR), and board of water and soil resources (BWSR) late reporting appropriations cancellation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3162, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3161: Senator Eichorn: Resource management and assistance account creation and portion of solid waste tax deposit authorization.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3161, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 3228: Senator Abeler: Metropolitan landfill abatement fund modification and appropriation.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 3228, be laid on the table.
