Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:36 AM

S.F. 1538: Senator Marty: Driver information exchange after a collision requirement modification.



Senator Kent moved that S.F. 1538, be recommended to pass.

S.F. 2935: Senator Rarick: Road authority notification prior to conducting work on a private road requirement.



Senator Rarick moved that S.F. 2935, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Local Government Policy Committee.

S.F. 2224: Senator Jasinski: Salvage certificate of title class of vehicles requirement modification.



Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 2224, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee.

S.F. 3226: Senator Housley: Third-party tester authorization for behind-the-wheel driving exams.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 3226, be laid over.
