Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:05 PM.

S.F. 2978: Senator Newman: Appeals court opinions criteria for publishing modification.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 2978, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1256: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Eyewitness identification policies best practices for law enforcement requirement.



Senator Ingebrigtsen moved that S.F. 1256, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1950: Senator Chamberlain: Criminal background checks by political subdivisions (local government units) authorization.
