Senator Michelle R. Benson called the meeting to order at 3:09 p.m.

S.F. 1248: Senator Abeler: Medical assistance (MA) supplemental payments to providers of durable medical equipment and medical supplies.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1248, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill.

S.F. 959: Senator Mathews: Medical assistance (MA) enrollees services receipt through fee-for-service upon eligibility renewal.



Senator Mathews moved that S.F. 959, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill.

S.F. 1461: Senator Benson: MinnesotaCare eligible individuals purchase of a qualified health plan election option.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1461, be laid over and maybe considered for omnibus bill.

S.F. 1171: Senator Benson: Medical assistance (MA) residency verification after 90 days from enrollment requirement; enrollees absent from the state use of the fee-for-service payment system requirement; asset requirement for single adults without dependent children upon renewal establishment.



Senator Benson moved that S.F. 1171, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
