S.F. 1548: Senator Goggin: Drivers requirement to slow down when passing a stopped service vehicle establishment; recycling trucks installation and use of amber lights while collecting recycling authorization.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 1548, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1753: Senator Rarick: Peace officer citation issuance based on report from work zone flagger authorization; wireless communication device use in work zones prohibition.



Senator Rarick moved that S.F. 1753, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 780: Senator Howe: State Patrol troopers salary set requirements establishment; annual compensation survey conducted by state auditor requirement.
