Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:07. Quorum Present.

S.F. 2155: Senator Newman: Criminal forfeiture establishment; federal equitable sharing program participation limitation; administrative forfeiture elimination.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 2155, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
