Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:12. Quorum Present.

S.F. 1452: Senator Howe: Ombudsperson for child care providers creation and appropriation (re- referral).



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 1452, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 1244: Senator Weber: Ditch buffer strips public drainage system acquisition and compensation acceleration; runoff and sediment option under charges for public drainage ditch repairs provision (re-referral).



Senator Latz moved that H.F. 1244, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1710: Senator Limmer: Global positioning service or cell-site location information service inclusion in local tracking practices.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1710, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Data Practices Bill.
