Senator Scott J. Newman called the meeting to order at 10:37 AM

S.F. 2412: Senator Howe: Bikeway establishment restriction under condition of disability parking relocation or elimination.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2412, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 2480: Senator Jasinski: Rice county I-35 and county road #9 interchange feasibility study appropriation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 2480, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 746: Senator Isaacson: Drivers license applications emergency contacts disclosure authorization.



Senator Hall moved that S.F. 746, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 714: Senator Jensen: U.S. highway #212 expansion between Norwood Young America and Cologne bond issue and appropriation.



Senator Newman moved that S.F. 714, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.
