Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 1:30 pm.

S.F. 2685: Senator Housley: Assisted living licensing requirements, fees, and fines establishment; health and home care bills of rights modifications; home care licensing, office of health facility complaints powers, vulnerable adults act, and consumer protection modifications; task forces establishment; appropriations.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2685, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2626: Senator Housley: Family child care task force establishment; reporting; appropriation.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2626, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

H.F. 281: Senator Jasinski: Open meeting law attendance by interactive television requirements modification.



Senator Jasinski moved that H.F. 281, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 2701: Senator Abeler: Inspector general division within state auditor office establishment.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 2701, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
