Senator Mary Kiffmeyer called the meeting to order at 1:10 pm.

S.F. 2333: Senator Johnson: State auditor supplemental audits county billings restriction and refunds appropriation.



Senator Kiffmeyer moved that S.F. 2333, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

Senator Jasinski moved that S.F. 1496, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Rules and Administration Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
