Senator Warren Limmer called the meeting to order at 1:08.

S.F. 1431: Senator Dibble: Minnesota Electronic Communications Privacy Act.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1431, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Data Practices Bill.

S.F. 1432: Senator Dibble: Employee username and password privacy protection from employers requirement.



Senator Limmer moved that S.F. 1432, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus Data Practices Bill.
