Senator Dan D. Hall called the meeting to order at 8:02 a.m.

S.F. 2029: Senator Weber: County audits by state auditor law application clarification.



Senator Osmek moved that S.F. 2029, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 2185: Senator Kiffmeyer: Art grant application data submitted to board of arts or to regional arts councils classification authorization.



Senator Anderson moved that S.F. 2185, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.

S.F. 990: Senator Tomassoni: Central Iron Range sanitary sewer board appointment of members of the governing bodies of participating municipalities authorization.



Senator Relph moved that S.F. 990, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION ADOPTED.
