Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:08pm.

S.F. 2109: Senator Rosen: Closed landfill investment fund procedures modification.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 2109, be recommended to pass as amended and referred to Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1691: Senator Osmek: Lake Minnetonka conservation district authority modification.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 1906: Senator Ruud: Emerald ash borer response program establishment and appropriation.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1906, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1637: Senator Ruud: Working lands drinking water protection pilot program and appropriation.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1637, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION ADOPTED.
