Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:15pm.

S.F. 1278: Senator Draheim: State Park Open House Days expansion.



Senator Koran moved that S.F. 1278, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1391: Senator Lang: Watershed district construction or implementation fund and project tax levy sources of financing expansion.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 1391, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Taxes Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1414: Senator Weber: Agricultural, aquaculture, pesticide control, food handlers, dairy incentive programs, loan programs, soil, and agriculture basins provisions modifications.
