Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:08pm.

S.F. 1443: Senator Ruud: Soil and water conservation districts funding authorization.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1443, be referred to the Taxes Committee without recommendation. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1733: Senator Ruud: Soil and water conservation districts duties and services specification.



Be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill.

S.F. 750: Senator Ingebrigtsen: Natural resources fee and permit conditions modification and technical corrections.



Senator Howe moved that S.F. 750, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
