Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 3:05pm

S.F. 1437: Senator Mathews: Children\'s and parent\'s mental health provisions modifications.



Senator Utke moved that S.F. 1437, be laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 787: Senator Rosen: Medical assistance (MA) coverage for community-based care coordination modification to include tribes.



Senator Rosen moved that S.F. 787, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1935: Senator Abeler: Childhood trauma-informed policy and practices task force establishment and reporting requirements.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1935, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1694: Senator Abeler: Human services background study set aside criteria modification.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1694, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1797: Senator Abeler: Dakota and Olmsted counties Minnesota Pathways to Prosperity and Well- Being pilot project appropriations.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1797, as amended, laid over for possible inclusion in the omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1217: Senator Hayden: Child foster care provisions modifications.



Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1217, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the Judiciary and Public Safety Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
