Senator Jim Abeler called the meeting to order at 3:05pm
S.F. 840: Senator Draheim: Youth at risk of developing mood disorder human services evidence-based
intervention grant appropriation authorization.
Senator Jensen moved that S.F. 840, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 958: Senator Mathews: Child welfare workforce stability, Minn-Link, and caseload studies; child
welfare training system modification requirement; reporting, rulemaking,
and appropriation.
Senator Utke moved that S.F. 958, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 1741: Senator Isaacson: Little Canada intermediate care facility for persons with developmental
disabilities (ICF/DD) rate increase authorization.
Senator Isaacson moved that S.F. 1741, as amended, laid over and may become part of omnibus bill. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 322: Senator Utke: Medical assistance (MA) waiver customized living services provider
authorization to transfer capacity to up to three other housing services
located in Hennepin county.
Senator Utke moved that S.F. 322, as amended, be recommended to pass. - MOTION PREVAILED.
S.F. 1796: Senator Abeler: Child maltreatment and neglect statutory sections reorganization and
clarification; technical changes.
Senator Abeler moved that S.F. 1796, as amended, be laid over.
S.F. 1481: Senator Relph: Mental health services payment and payment denial clarification; primary
care residency expansion grants modification; practicum incentive
payments establishment; appropriation.
Senator Relph moved that S.F. 1481, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Health and Human Services Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
