Senator Carrie Ruud called the meeting to order at 1:19pm.

S.F. 1590: Senator Rarick: Waste tire facilities financial qualifications and assurance requirement.



Senator Senjem moved that S.F. 1590, as amended, recommended to pass and re-referred to the State Government Finance and Policy and Elections Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 1273: Senator Ruud: Permanent school fund compensation appropriation for certain lands based on general fund forecast.



Senator Ruud moved that S.F. 1273, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the E-12 Finance and Policy Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.

S.F. 102: Senator Johnson: Legislative approval for certain water pollution fees requirement.



Senator Weber moved that S.F. 102, be recommended to pass and re-referred to the Environment and Natural Resources Finance Committee. - MOTION PREVAILED.
